Flambeau Rama 2019 is taking shape....

The event was a great success, minus the weather again. The changes we made all had great reviews so we are sticking with them and adding in MORE!!! This year so far we have added in a Sport/Gun show in the Ice Arena. Part of that addition will be the ST Croix sponsored KIDS Fishing Hole. There will be daily prizes for our young anglers to win and great deals by ST Croix at the factory store.

We will look to grow the Mini Car Races, The Cardboard Boat Races, The Minnow Races, The Pooch Pageant and wait to see the new additions to the family fun lineup.... watch for the survey in the paper, on the web and on Facebook for what you'd like to see added.

We will be welcoming back the DWEEBS again on Thursday night to get the 4 day party started. They had a great draw at Flambeau Rama in 2018 with not so nice weather, so lets hope for some better weather and really watch the DWEEBS perform. If you have been following them at all you will see how popular they have become.

Friday night we will be bringing back Haley Grace and the Rebels. This new addition last year really drew in the younger crowd to a normally slow Friday night. Opening for Haley will be ???????

Saturday night we are sticking with the crowd favorite BOOGIE and the Yo Yoz. This group proved last year why they belong at Flambeau Rama. A raining cold night that could have been a washout, BUT people came in the rain to see them and they packed the tent from end to end. There wasn't a space in that tent to stick another person. People were in the rain listening to them outside the tent. The music they play covers a very large spectrum of interests so they appeal to many.

Opening for us on Saturday night will be non other than the local favorites... Twisted Whisker. These guys cover hits from many places and they have the local crowd on their feet. The guys from Twisted Whisker have played for us several times now and they never let us down.

We will wind it all down on Sunday once again with non other than a rock and roll legend. Mr Robby Vee and his Band will close us down with great hits of the past.

Flambeau Rama is a live entity with lots of moving parts. We have to thank all the people that make it possible. This couldn't happen with out the volunteers, the sponsors and all the donations.
