BurningCow is Wisconsin's premier music and camping experience, July 26-28th in beautiful Door County, Wisconsin.

BurningCow features a collection of national and international Rock&Roll, Blues, Folk and Roots music performances. The 40 acre site located eight minutes north of downtown Sturgeon Bay. Music lovers and out enthusiasts spend three days enjoying music and outdoor activities. Hike, bike, and play during the day and enjoy music and the party at night!

In the tradition of other similarly named events, the festival culminates with burning a 30 foot tall cow statue. The cow was chosen as the centerpiece of the event because it embodies a major component of Wisconsin culture. This gesture symbolizes the temporal nature of the event, the bounty of summer, and life itself. This element of the festival has and will create a lasting impression on participants, encouraging their return for years to come.
