LAKEFRONT ARTIST FAIR
Every year on the first Saturday in May Racine Montessori holds their biggest fundraiser of the year, the Lakefront Artist Fair. Running simultaneously with the Racine Kiwanis Pancake Day at Festival Park, it is an unofficial start to Racine's summertime festival season.

Over 125 Artisans from all over the midwest showcase their talents including:

Jewelry
Paintings
Pottery
Metal Art
Garden Art
Clothing
And much much more!

In addition to a wonderful variety of original art, there are many other reasons to visit the Lakefront Artist Fair:

Note to RMS families: we rely on each family to volunteer a minimum of four (4) hours of their time in order to make the LAF the success it has become. Sign ups begin in April for the many activities that support the event: park set-up (the day before), artist shuttling, artist unloading, concessions, ticket sales, artist support, children's booth activities, etc.
