Description:

From Holland Festival Website:

Looking for clean family fun in a quaint, small-town environment? Join us for the annual Holland Festival in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin, and you may just absorb some history about the Dutch heritage as well. While we've diversified considerably, the residents of this small village appreciate the culture and fortitude of those who settled the former fishing village. The last weekend in July is when they observe the old traditions and celebrate the present.

The annual event attracts folks from around the corner in Sheboygan County to those from Europe and beyond. From 3p.m. on Friday, through 10 p.m. on Saturday, you'll find something for every member of the family within a 3-block radius. Cedar Grove is located about 40 minutes north of Milwaukee and 90 minutes south of Green Bay just off of I-43 in Sheboygan County.

Festival activities include:
Games and amusements
Area tours and historical displays
A run/walk
Dutch dancing and fashions
Art fair
A smorgasbord of ethnic (and American) foods
Hundreds of raffle prizes
Free live music
A large parade preceded by the traditional scrubbing of the streets and Klompen Dancing.
