| Description: | Winter Arts Festival features large juried arts & crafts fair, student artwork, winter farmers\' market, musical entertainment, food, refreshments & fun. Free admission & parking. Artist fees range from $35 to $65. Applications accepted until full. All items must be handcrafted. Application available on website. | |||
