RACINE W.M. HORLICK FLEA MARKET

We are limiting the number of vendors to around 75 to accommodate the cafeteria and the adjacent hallways. Our main objective is to attract customers so all of our vendors make money. All of the proceeds benefit the Horlick Student Government.

Fee: $25.00 per space available
Booth Information: 10 x 10 estimate space. Other spaces may be available but of a different dimension. Table and chairs are NOT provided. This is the responsibility of each vendor. Tables will be available for an additional cost of $10. Chairs will be available at an additional cost of $5. Electricity is available for $10 charge.
Concessions: No food, candy or drink may be brought into the event and sold. This is our ( Student Congress) means of fund-raising. Concessions will be available throughout the day.
Advertising: Advertising will take place through the Racine Journal Times, WRJN radio station, flyers, and parent newsletters through Racine Unified.
Deadline: April 10, 2010
Make Checks Payable To: Wm. Horlick High School
Set-up: Friday April 16th from 5:30 PM- 8:00 PM and vendors will be let in at 6:30 AM on Saturday. Doors open at 8:00 AM.
Take-Down: Saturday, April 17th from 3:00 PM- 4:30PM

Rules and Regulations
* Your registration will be verified when your payment is received.

* Each individual vendor will be responsible for his or her own personal articles. It is HIGHLY recommended that you set up on Friday night.

* Your display must be open for the duration of the event or you will not be invited back the following year.

* This is a smoke free environment.

* In the event that this show may be canceled, all fees will be refunded in full.

* Booth fees are NOT refundable in the event of exhibitors cancellation.

* Exhibitors will NOT glue, nail, or hang items on existing walls.
*Please park your vehicles away from our school for easy access for our customers. You can park on the running track in a single file, or in the Pick n’ Save lot. Please return this application along with your check made out to:
