| Entertainment | Weekday Festivities include corned beef and cabbage at restaurants, Irish caroling, songs, dance, humor, and an Irish Ceili. In addition, the introductions of Irish Man & Irish Rose, Irish Lad & Lassie, and Grand Marshall are made. A Grand Parade and Irish Fest are held on Saturday of the weeklong celebration. The parade includes marching & bagpipe bands, and clan & business floats--over 100 units. Bring the whole family! Irish Fest is held under a heated big top and features live Irish music, Irish food, beverages, entertainment, and market booths. | |
