| *Booths must stay open until 5:00 PM on Saturday, January 17 and until 2:00 PM on Sunday January 18 (unless you sell out prior to 2:00 PM) Please be prompt with exiting the grounds and dispose of all trash in a designated receptacle. Please note that the location of your booth may change the day of the event. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Craft Fair Guidelines: 1. Booth Rental: Vendor spaces are approximately 10 x 12 in size. Vendors must provide their own set-up, including tent, tables etc. Electricity will be provided to vendors who have requested it in advance. 2. Set-up: See above for times No vehicles are allowed in the display area. Vendors may begin selling once set-up on Saturday and Sunday. 3. Tear Down: Vendors may begin tearing down 15 minutes prior to event conclusion. Vendors are only allowed to leave early if they sell out. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their own area. (Trash receptacles are located throughout the area.) Vendors must be cleaned up and packed on Sunday, January 18, 2009 by 4:30 PM. | ||
